Snowmen everywhere !

Today the kids enjoyed the IPAD more.   It is interesting to watch them try to navigate their way through all the programs and how they instinctively know what to do.

There we also other activities on the table to keep them busy .

And breakfast… breakfast was SO scrumptious today.  I wanted to eat one SO bad but I am battling keeping my weight off right now so I didn’t dare. This is the easiest breakfast .  You just take a crescent roll and fill it with whatever your child likes . Today was cherry pie filling but it could be anything like apples, cream cheese, or chocolate chips. You bake it as normal and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yum- o.

After breakfast I caught some of the boys being silly !

What cuties !

For small groups today we sequenced sizes of snowmen and snowflakes from smallest to largest and we put some snowmen in numerical order.

Another fun activity we did today was taking snowballs with the letters of our names on them and made a snowman with them.

I got a little excited at circle time today.  As I was reading the book ” The Biggest , Best Snowman ” there were several times the kids would say look its an “A” or its a “W.”  As the little girl rolled the snowball she made tracks in the snow and they ” just happen” to be in the shape of letters.  I was so proud of the kids .. teaching is easy. All you have to do is follow their lead.
