More Farm Fun

I am HOME !  I am already working my booty off getting ready for an extremely busy day tomorrow but I AM HOME!

By the looks of the pictures and the report from Ms Dallas the kids had an excellent day.

The clean mud continued to be a hit .  ( Did anyone notice that I put real mud in the lesson plans for the day I was gone ?)

In small groups today the kids did a math experience using non-standard measure to measure some farm animals.

Another fun game was ” what’s missing?”   Animals were placed on a try and one was taken away and the kids were challenged to remember which animal is missing.

The kids also helped prepare their own lunch – Chicken Salad.  Ms Dallas said it was a big hit ! Maybe they loved it because they helped make it. Is there something at home you are wanting your child to try ?  Allow them to help you prepare it in the kitchen and maybe it will happen.

I am so very thankful for Ms Dallas and Ms Jessica ( and all the other moms that help all the time ) that make Randy and I feel so comfortable about leaving . We always know the kids are safe, they are having fun and they are learning. Blessed.
