FANTASTIC FRIDAY!

>We wrapped up our first week of our new curriculum talking about animal habitats. In circle time, we learned about the different places animals live. We talked about the similarities and differences that habitats have, and that some animals can live in more than one type of habitat. After circle time, Ms. Beth set up three different containers: sand for desert habitats, plastic grass for land habitats, and water for water habitats. We then took turns placing different plastic animals in the habitat they would most likely live.

We finished out Counting Animals books today and will bring them home this afternoon.

We enjoyed playing outside before rest time, and the neighbors enjoyed the serenade some of the girls were giving them as they walked by. 😉

Hope you all have a great holiday weekend! See you TUESDAY!

Thanks Mrs. Beth for posting. I am sure the parents love it and so do I . Today was bitter sweet as Beth started to work and I was in the front of the house and the little guys would come to me and ask ” what I was doing?” and ” Where was I going?” One of them even had tears in her eyes and it broke my heart. But , as you can see, I am leaving them all in good hands. I am here for the next two weeks in and out working on music before we hit the road. I cant wait to get to the hotel every night and see what Mrs. Beth has done with our kids for the day. Magical Memories ahead…
