56 degrees and holding
We came outside around 10:00 am and it was still pretty chilly. I checked and it was 56° . I told the kids that fall must be arriving on time. Josseline even found another beautiful leaf with all of the fall colors.
Before going out we made a little color book that they get to take home.
They are made out of color samples from Lowe’s (which I asked to take). They took each page and matched colored stickers. I loved hearing them talk about the different shades… They actually used that word. They used the word lighter and darker. I think this was a great activity to really drive home the fact that green can look many different ways or that blue can look at many different ways.
