Cooking Extravaganza
We started off today with the Littles cooking their own breakfast. We’ve done this once before this year, but it only seemed natural to make rainbow toast for breakfast this morning.
The Littles used colored milk to paint their toast, and then we cooked it. For some reason the heat makes the colors even more vibrant.
We also made magic leprechaun pudding today. As I opened the package, I realized the formula changed, and it’s not quite as magic as it used to be. In the past pistachio putting was white and you added milk and it turned green. This powder was already green. But still got the experience of their individual pistachio puddings.
The rest of the morning was outside with Brittany while I got a little work done and met some friends for lunch. Felt really strange to be off without a laptop sitting in front of me but Yolo. It was great!
