If I was a snowflake …
Today has been a calm day. The children played. They were engaged in creative scenarios made up on their own. we couldn’t even tell it was a Monday – more or less a rainy Monday.
I had time today to clean up the block shelves. I took everything off. Without asking Avery jumped right in and helped me. She is such a sweetie.
We tried the new blowing whistle Ms Karen ( the behavior specialist that visited us) sent. You might remember these as a child.
The boys pretended they were on the Polar Express. So fun to listen to their chatter and imaginations.
We read a book about snow
and did a drawing prompts. We talked about when we played in the snow . Where did we find snow? Some of the answers were on the grass, on the table and on the playhouse roof. If you were a snowflake where would you land?
