Every group needs rules to keep some order and promote safety. We talked about what “problems” we were already seeing on day 9. Some of our friends have pushed and hit others. That’s not safe. Today Lucy stepped on a toy in the floor and hurt her foot. Why are these things happening and how can we change it before it becomes a real problem.
We made 4 rules we all could agree to. When someone isn’t following the “rule” we will take them to our chart to remind them what we talked about and what they agreed to
Each child decorated their name “ray” and added it to our sunshine agreeing to try their best.
As adults sometimes we make rules just to control. That is not my intention. We keep our rules short, to the point and meaningful in our every day life
