During Covid some playground materials just showed up on my porch from the tribes that I am associated with.
I almost didn’t keep this specific toy because it’s plastic and I don’t do a lot of plastic on my playground but something told me to hang onto it .
We never really know what to call this because it really isn’t a table. It comes from Lakeshore and it’s called the watch it flow! Water table.
This table is meant to bring the magic of a wild, rolling river to water play.
The children have enjoyed playing with this they’ve used it for rocks as well as water. I wonder if they thought about the fact that it is a ramp?
Do the plastic end pieces you can put in the end slow down the flow or stop it?
Is there a way to catch the water at the bottom and reuse it?
We had a special ramp on our playground and did not even realize it was there .
