Storytelling
Today we talked about storytelling. Storytelling can happen from a book or from our imagination or our memory. At breakfast the littles were already telling stories. It happens so naturally.
At one point in the morning Nayomi drew a picture and progressed to tell a story about it. That reminds us that sometimes the illustration comes BEFORE the story.
It’s going to be an exciting week . Some stories I heard today were about Rosemary going to a lake house and there being a bunch of bunk beds and she slept in the laundry room. BB told the story of his dads motorcycle being stolen. Avery told us he is moving to a new house like honeys . There are so many stories. The kids love telling them. Everyone wants to be heard, right ?
