Metaphors
Today we looked at drawings of oranges and thought metaphorically what else it could be. There were different drawings. Some kids totally understood what I meant when I said “ look at this orange. What else could it be ?” Others were like uh … an orange. Like Ms Debbie are you crazy ITS AN ORANGE.
The highlight of our day was watching the workers hoist our new unit up on a lift and install it on the roof.
I heard a lot of “ I want to do that when I grow up” comments.
The day started out a little sketchy 😱 but we were able to calm down and regain our day. Have a great weekend.
