Identity Through Facial Expressions
Think about what all facial expressions tell us.
There’s a lot of communicating goes on by using our faces. Today’s focus is not intended to address emotional development we do that all day every day.
We are simply going to look at different facial expressions and how we might become more self-conscious of them. How do you express your emotions on your face? Can you read other persons faces to guess how they are feeling?
This is a great skill to learn. We spend a lot of time here saying “ Look at your friends face. He is ….” Labeling those feelings and facial expressions will serve our littles well into adulthood.
On our calendar today was national taco day. We had mini tacos for snack. We had larger tacos for lunch and we watched the read aloud “Dragons Love Tacos” on YouTube. Taco bout a good day !
