Body size awareness
Today we started exploring body size awareness. Jasmine and Hinslee stood next to each other and we saw how their bodies were different sizes. We read a book that helped us explore the sizes of animals around us
We also started a project that will last all week. Two children a day will make life size paper dolls
I brought out my Halloween box since the children are starting to get excited about the holiday. There are so many books.
We might even make a counting book to take home this week. It’s pretty teacher directed but the copies are made and I can’t bring myself to just pitch it all in the garbage.
There were also a few Halloween decorations that the kids helped me hang. Rosemary chose where this one would go.
