Periodically we take walks around our neighborhood looking for seasonal changes. Today we went around a couple blocks looking for signs of spring .
We found many signs of spring.
We even found a SIGN that said SPRING!
Before we left for our walk we discussed how I watch them play and I document things that I see so I can learn from it. We talked about how important documentation is. When we left for a walk the children carried their clipboards and marker to document what they saw.
In addition to signs of spring we picked up a little math along the way .
It was a fun and beautiful day for a walk
It ended with a tiny hand giving me a flower saying “ can you save this for my mudder?”
