What’s your name ?
As a teacher that believes in honoring developmentally appropriate practice I have to think outside the box for extra opportunities for children to practice writing their names.
Today we made name tags.
Jude said ” At Levi’s school they wear name tags but when he comes home and doesn’t have a name tag I still know who he is .” Good deal buddy ! 😂😂😂
One of the highest indicators of reading success is being read to as a small child. By sending home books I help facilitate this for you. Have you set a special place aside to store your child’s books ? Do you read to your child each night ? Today another book comes home. ( it should have went home a few weeks ago it talks about Christmas . 🤷🏻♀️)
There was a great game of limbo today
And I introduced a tape player today . “Does that play music ?” 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
It was a good day. Though cloudy and cold we got a little outside time in.
