Christmas erasers to match, sort, stack , count and pattern become much more fun when they are stored in a tiny cute basket .
I put this together last night. I got the metal tree form at Goodwill for 2.00. I wasn’t sure what I would do with it. As I walked through Dollar Tree I was like YES!!! These tiny hair clips would be great fine motor practice and make awesome ” ornaments ” on the metal tree. Just like that a fine motor activity is born.
Remember last year when the children spent months playing with the red solo cups. Changing it up a little with green cups. Throughout the morning I saw a few Christmas trees.
Hey ! You want to draw Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer ?
I reintroduced a calm down technique we started last year. The Santa. Raise you hands above your head ( just like for the balloon ) , breathe in through your nose and as you let the air out of your mouth your handmade down to form a big round belly and you say HO HO HO !
I looked on the playground today and it was being used. 🙂
