Families Grow
Today we had a very special and very beautiful tiny visitor. Vallie’s mom brought her new baby sister , Hinslee , over to visit us. We talked about babies and how to take care of them. We ( mainly the adults ) we reminded how quickly a child grows from newborn to three and all the changes that take place. Wow.
I washed my hands so I could hold her. She is so tiny and a gorgeous baby. I think she was looking at my BIG hair… LOL Blessed.
We also tried out a new art medium today. The littles enjoyed chalk pastels.
We also practiced our Thanksgiving songs and made the traditional turkey handprint with a little caption. What would you do if a turkey gobbled into your bedroom ? ( Some of the children wanted to do their handprint without assistance on tracing and that is ok ! )
