Thank you Mr Sun
This morning we had breakfast outside. As we watched the children play and run and discover the minutes rolled into hours and before long we had spent most of our day outside. Here are some things I noticed .
Canyon and a few others figured out that the mud was a perfect consistency today to make mud pies. The rolled and patted and smiled and laughed.
The girls played with worms a lot. They counted and played pretend with them. At one point Makenzie said you ” have to come see this , you have to come ! ” As I got closer she said ” It is a black drug worm. It eats my plants !” It was a grub worm. These kids make me smile.

Aren’t you glad I didn’t say squash ?
Why does a cat have a tail ?
To wag…
They laughed and laughed at their own jokes. Its fun to be a kid.
