Busy Day
Today we took a walk about . We walked to Clara’s home and saw her black chickens. Clara showed us where they eat and drink. Ms Carrie looked and there WERE eggs that we got to look at and touch. How exciting.
After spending some time with the chickens we were allowed to play on Clara’s outdoor climber for a bit. I miss our climber at times. The kids use so much more energy climbing up and enjoy it a lot.
After leaving Clara’s the intention was to go by Barnetts and get ice cream. They were not open. WOMP WOMP WOMP. Thankfully, I had not let the kids in on this plan… so there was no disappointment.
Our next stop was to watch some of the construction business going on at a the new library. How amazing is it that we get to watch it from ground up be built. SO exciting !
