When Pigs Fly
Well, I really do think maybe pigs COULD fly today in the wind we are having. WOW!
Did you see on our facebook page the video of Bailey introducing her pig ? We watched that video in circle time and asked Carter and Bailey questions about their pet pig. It eats DOGFOOD !
Then we read about book that answered even more questions about pigs.
We played a game with the song ” Mary had a Little Lamb” and we substituted each child’s name for Mary . I held up cards and the group would tell me whose name it was.
And then we wrapped a cut out of a sheep with yard . This not only reinforced that we get wool / cotton from sheep but also gave us some great fine motor practice.
